Tyler Scheviak Tyler Scheviak is an undergraduate research assistant in the manufacturing labs. He is a Junior pursuing a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, with a focus on biomechanics. His interests include: finding new ways to solve problems and thinking of ways to use additive manufacturing for medical purposes. In his time at CAMAL, Tyler has modeled and printed working 3D instructional models of various anatomical structures, including: canine brains, canine larynxes, and deformed limbs of different types of animals. He also prepares surgical models of NCSU Veterinary School patients for surgeons to rehearse surgery on.
